وَكَانَتِ الْأَرْضُ قَدْ أَظْلَمَتْ حِينَمَا
غَابَ النُّورُ مِنْ وَجْهِكَ يَا قَمَرَ السَّمَا
The earth darkened when the light of your face, oh moon of the sky, disappeared.
