وَمَنْ يَكُ ذَا فَضْلٍ فَيَبْخَلْ بِفَضْلِهِ
عَلَى قَوْمِهِ يُسْتَغْنَ عَنْهُ وَيُذْمَمِ
Whoever has virtue but withholds it from their people
Will be dispensed with and blamed
