وَلَوْ عَبِقَتْ فِي الشَّرْقِ أَنْفَاسُ طِيبِهَا
وَفِي الغَرْبِ مَزْكُومٌ لَعَادَ لَهُ شَمُّ
If in the East the breath of its fragrance wafted
And in the West there were one with a cold, his smell would return
