وَمَنْ هَابَ أَسْبَابَ الْمَنَايَا يَنَلْنَهُ
وَإِنْ يَرْقَ أَسْبَابَ السَّمَاءِ بِسُلَّمِ
He who fears the causes of death, they will reach him
