أَنْتَ الحَيَاةُ وَأَنْتَ المَوْتُ فِي يَدِهِ
فَإِنْ قَضَى بِالرِّضَا فَالرِّضَا خَيْرُ
You are life and you are death in His hand
If He decrees with contentment, contentment is best
